About

Melina is passionate about sharing the benefits of breathwork after it transformed her understanding of life, stress, and performance.

With a background in the military, she has first-hand experience of the pressures found in high-performance environments.

With experience in Conscious Connected Breathwork, Indian Pranayama, and training in CPCAB Level 3 Breath Coaching, Melina combines practical tools with a deep understanding of nervous system regulation and breath utilisation to support stress reduction and performance enhancement.

Her unique blend of high-performance insight and applied breathwork expertise brings relevance and intrigue to many audiences.
